Return Policy:
Payless Office Products believes in supplying our customers with only the best products the office supply industry has to offer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Payless purchase, you may return it hassle free for any reason. To start the return process please email sales@paylessofficeonline.com or call customer service. Once our drivers are notified they will come out the next day to pick up your return. Products no longer sold by Payless will not be eligible for return.Office Supplies:
You can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Special order, manufacturer-direct, and custom items are not eligible for return. Items without the original packaging are not eligible for returns.
Ink/Toner Cartridges:
Unopened and unexpired ink or toner may be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date.Technology Products:
May only be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date in the original packaging.
Furniture:
May only be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date and in the original packaging. Special order, manufacturer-direct, custom, or pre-assembled furniture are not eligible for return.
EXCLUSIONS
Payless is unable to accept returns on perishable/consumable items, such as but not limited to, edible items (creamer, sugar, tea, coffee, candy, soda, water, or other consumable products) and sealed first-aid products (Band-Aids, etc.), special ordered or custom made items and dated goods. Damaged merchandise should be refused upon delivery. Any concealed damaged merchandise should be reported immediately upon discovery. Defective or shorted merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of the invoice date to be eligible for return/credit.
PAYMENT REFUNDS
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment to the same card used for the original purchase. For customers buying on account, a credit will be issued to that account.
